New Residents Guide

For the new Residents coming to Greenage, here is a quick setup Guide, with the Information of Basic Facilities available in your new Abode

The Basic Essentials are mainly available within your community -

• Veggies - There is a Vegetable Shop in Juniper Block, which Provides Fresh Veggies and Fruits.(Timings - 10 am- 9pm). They do accepts Card Payments.
• Drinking Water - If you dont have a RO filter installed at home, then drinking water is also supplied through Water Cans of 20L(Bisleri and other Brands). Cost of Bisleri -80/-      Phone : 9986 809888
• Grocery - Ayokya Stores does provide with almost all the required groceries. It is in Juniper Block again (Timings 7:30am to 9:00pm)
• Cooking Gas - Cooking Gas is availble through piped connection in your apartment. We need to pay the monthly bill in the Facilities Office.
• Garbage Collection - The Garbage is collected on from your apartment. One would need to keep it outside your own door. There are different days for collection of different types of waste,which will depend on your Block. 
• Water Suppy - Water Supply is essentially for 24/7. The water is procured from Water Tanks and is quite hard. The water in the Flush Tanks is STP Treated water. 
• Power Supply - We do have power supply from BESCOM, and we have generator provided supply, incase of power supply failure from Bescom. A green light near your door will indicate if the supply is from the Generator.

Maids and Cooks

• Being a relatively huge apartment complex, there is a good supply of Maids and Cooks.
• Maids charge around 2000/- 2500/- per month for basic duties like Cleaning Utensils,Mopping and sweeping the floor and bathroom cleaning(one a week)
• Keep a copy of their ID proof with you when you recruit someone.
• The average cost of cooks is also around 2000/- to 2500/- per month, which they cook, breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and they come twice in a day
• Kindly note, that these are average charges.
